Mittal v. Mittal [2013] EWCA Civ 1255, [2014] Fam 102, [2014] 2 WLR 1033, [2014] 1 FLR 1514 (led by Tim Amos QC). Leading case about the English court’s power to stay divorce proceedings where there is a case pending in a foreign jurisdiction.

K v. L (Non-Matrimonial Property: Special Contribution) [2011] 3 All ER 733, [2012] 1 WLR 306, [2011] 2 FLR 980 (led by Lucy Stone QC). Acted for a wife who inherited shares which grew to a value of £57m. Husband was awarded £5m after a long marriage. 

Re S (A Child) [2010] EWCA Civ 705, [2011] 1 FLR 183. Successfully appealed an order that did not comply with the technical requirements of a contact or residence order under the law as it then stood.

Thompson v Mitchell (Attorney-General Intervening), The Times 13.09.04 (Court of Appeal). Committal for breach of non-molestation order - sentencing. An order committed the Appellant to prison until a set date, in breach of Criminal Justice Act 1991 ss.33 and 45.

Re B (Removal from Jurisdiction); Re S (Removal from Jurisdiction) [2003] 2 FLR 1043. Permission to remove from the jurisdiction – relocation to Australia to live with new partner.

High Court
O v. H & W (forthcoming). Appeal before Munby P about third party access to financial remedy hearings and access to documents relied on in those proceedings.
