Practice profile

Roxanne has joined Chambers after successfully completing her pupillage under the supervision of Rosemary Budden, Daniel Bentham and Morgan Sirikanda. Roxanne has experience in all areas of family law including financial remedies, domestic violence and private law children matters. Roxanne’s success includes a four day final hearing involving the children act, non-molestation and occupation orders.

Before joining QEB, Roxanne spent three months in Mississippi, USA, working on post-conviction death row appeals with the charity Amicus, and volunteered with the Royal Courts of Justice Citizens’ Advice Bureau. This involved representing parents in their tribunal appeals against local authority decisions concerning their children’s special educational needs. Roxanne continues to represent clients through the Bar Pro Bono Unit. She has also gained experience assisting on complex, multi-million pound financial remedy cases working as a paralegal for a leading matrimonial solicitors’ firm.
